How do online consultations work?
You start with a short quiz. A clinician licensed in your state reviews your answers and decides whether treatment is appropriate. If it is, they issue a prescription sent to our pharmacy; if not, they’ll let you know. Treatment is never guaranteed.
What is your refund policy?
You’re only charged for medication if a clinician prescribes it. If there’s ever a problem with your order, contact support and we’ll make it right. Prescription medications generally can’t be returned once shipped.
